Yes, Clock Barn offers ample on-site parking for wedding guests, with clearly designated areas. Cars may be left overnight if needed, as long as they are collected by 11:00am the following day.

Our venue offers EV charging stations on-site. They are compatible with most EVs.

Can i bring a plus one?

We have done our very best to include partners in our invitations where we know they are important to both you and I. Due to pricing and organisation, we are keeping numbers fixed.

Can I bring my children?

We would love for you to enjoy a night off, let your hair down, and fully relax with us.
That said, if you’re unable to arrange childcare or would like to bring your little one, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Your presence at our wedding is truly all we could ask for. But, if you would like to give a gift, we would be incredibly grateful for a contribution towards our house and honeymoon fund as we start our next chapter together. Thank you so much! CLICK HERE TO SEE MORE.

Absolutely and we’d love for you to send them to us after! We just ask that you please hold off taking photos during the ceremony itself. We want everyone to feel fully present, and we have a fantastic photographer capturing every moment for us. After the ceremony, go for it!

Can we take photos?

Will there be food in the evening?

Yes! In true Lucy & Tom style, there’ll be fresh pizzas straight from the amazing outdoor pizza oven — we are buzzing for that part!

Can I change my RSVP?

It depends on what you’re changing and when you’re changing it. Please see the details below.

All Day Guests:

Before the deadline:

  • Changing to YES: Message us, then refill the form (Clock Barn needs the info, especially allergies).

  • Changing to NO: Just send us a message — no need to refill the form.

After the deadline:

  • Changing to YES: You can’t change to YES for the daytime after the deadline.
    You can change to YES for the evening up to 3 weeks before — message us and refill the form so we have your details and dietary needs.

  • Changing to NO: Please let us know as soon as you can — no form needed.

Evening Guests:

  • Changing to YES: You can change to YES any time up to 3 weeks before — message us and refill the form so we have your details and dietary requirements.

  • Changing to NO: Just send us a message — no need to refill the form.

Is there a dress code?

We are here for a good time and a proper party, so please wear whatever you feel comfortable and happy in! There will be heating in the barn, so no need to worry about bringing a heavy coat, and brollies will be provided in case you fancy popping outside and the weather doesn’t behave. We just can’t wait to see you all — so put on your best frock (or suit!), and get ready for a brilliant day at Clock Barn.
